Immunity Busters
Organic baby food recipe - Stage 2

Ingredients:
• 1/2 head organic cauliflower
• 1-2 organic apricots
• 1 basket organic cherries
• 1/4 C water (may need to add more for desired consistency).

Directions: Wash, cut, steam, boil or roast cauliflower until tender; set aside to cool. Wash, halve and remove seed from apricots. Wash and remove seed from cherries. Puree all ingredients and serve fresh in a Sili Squeeze! Store in an airtight glass container that is safe from leaching chemicals into food, in the refrigerator for 2-4 days. Freeze and store for up to 2-4 months.

Cooking Time:
• Steam 10-15 minutes
• Boil 10-15 minutes
• Roast/bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees

Nutritional Value:
• Cauliflower is high in vitamins B6, C, K and folate.
• Apricot is a good source of potassium
• Cherry is a good source of iron.
