Organic Peas, Pear and Banana
Organic baby food recipe - Stage 2

Ingredients:
• 1 C organic peas
• 1 organic pear
• 1 organic banana
• 1/4 C water (may need to add more for desired consistency).

Directions: Steam or boil peas until tender about 10-15 minutes. Wash, peel, core and chop pear. Peel and chop banana. Puree all ingredients and serve fresh in a Sili Squeeze! Store in an airtight glass container that is safe from leaching chemicals into food, in the refrigerator for 2-4 days. Freeze and store for up to 2-4 months.

Nutritional Value:
Peas: Very high in protein, easy to digest.
VITAMINS: A, C, Niacin and Folate
MINERALS: Potassium, Sodium, Selenium, Phosphorous, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc
Pear: Gentle on tummy, high in fiber.

Banana: Creamy, sweet, nutritious and helps aid in digestion.
