Baby’s First Foods
All foods should be given to baby one at a time. All foods (except Avocado and Banana) need to be steamed, boiled or baked. It is recommended that you wait 3-5 days between introductions of new foods to ensure there will be no allergic reactions.

Apple - Nutritious and gentle on tummy; high in fiber.
Vitamins: A, C, Folate
Minerals: Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium 

Avocado - Very nutritious, smooth and creamy; easily digested and well tolerated by most babies.
Vitamins: A, C, Niacin, Folate
Minerals: Potassium, Phosphorus, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium

Banana - Creamy, sweet, nutritious and helps aid in digestion.
Vitamins: A, C, Folate
Minerals: Potassium, Phosphorus, Selenium, Magnesium, Calcium

Pear - Gentle on tummy, popular first choice for baby.
Vitamins: A, C, Folate
Minerals: Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Calcium

Butternut Squash - Packed with nutrients and perfect texture for baby.
Vitamins: A,C, E, K
Minerals: Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus

Carrots - Very popular first food, easy to digest. Supports good vision.
Vitamins A, C, Folate
Minerals:Potassium, Sodium, Phosphorous, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium 

Sweet Potato - Sweet and very nutritious, good texture for baby.
Vitamins:A, C, Folate
Minerals: Potassium, Sodium, Selenium, Phosphorous, Magnesium, Calcium

Plum/Prune - Sweet, nutritious, sodium free, high in fiber; natural laxative.
Vitamins: A, C, Folate
Minerals: Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Calcium

Peach - Yummy, sweet and juicy. High in fiber and a natural laxative.
Vitamins: A, C, Folate
Minerals: Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Calcium

Green Beans - High in Calcium, gentle on tummy and rarely cause allergies.

Peas - Very high in protein, easy to digest.
Vitamins A, C, Niacin, Folate
